Shipping and Delivery

Customers must inspect the shipment upon delivery and report any damage, shortage or incorrect product promptly.
Installation and Product Use
Installation or calibration is included only when clearly mentioned in the quotation or invoice.
Customers are responsible for using, storing and maintaining laboratory equipment, chemicals and reagents according to manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines.
Cancellations and Returns
Customised, specially procured, calibrated, opened, used or already dispatched products may not be eligible for cancellation or return.
Approved returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our Payments & Refunds Policy.
Warranty
Warranty depends on the product and manufacturer terms.
Warranty generally does not cover misuse, physical damage, improper installation, voltage fluctuation, unauthorised repair or normal wear and tear.
Regulatory Approval
Purchasing laboratory equipment or setup services does not guarantee BIS, FSSAI, ISI, laboratory accreditation or any government approval.
Customers are responsible for meeting all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
