Mineral Water Plant Laboratory provides secure and transparent payment options for orders placed through WaterMarket.in.

Payments

Available payment methods may include:

  • Bank transfer

  • UPI

  • Debit or credit card

  • Net banking

  • Other approved online payment methods

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation. Full or partial advance payment may be required for customised, bulk, calibrated or specially procured products.

Applicable GST, delivery, installation or other charges will be mentioned in the quotation or invoice.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the product is dispatched or procurement begins.

Customised, specially ordered, calibrated, opened or already dispatched products may not be eligible for cancellation.

Approved cancellations may be subject to payment gateway, handling or procurement charges.

Returns and Replacements

A return or replacement may be considered if:

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The product arrived damaged

  • A verified manufacturing defect is found

  • The received product differs from the confirmed order

Customers should report the issue promptly with the invoice number, product photographs, packaging photographs and an unboxing video where available.

Products must be unused, complete and returned in their original packaging after receiving approval from our team.

Non-Returnable Products

The following products are generally not returnable:

  • Opened chemicals or reagents

  • Used equipment or glassware

  • Consumables and sterile products

  • Custom-made products

  • Calibrated or configured instruments

  • Specially procured items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

Shipping, payment gateway, installation, calibration or handling charges may be deducted where applicable.

Refund processing time depends on the bank or payment method used.
