The exact scope of each project depends on the confirmed quotation, product specifications, plant capacity, laboratory space, testing requirements and services agreed upon between the customer and our team.
Website Information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on this website accurate and useful. However, product specifications, equipment availability, prices, regulatory requirements, delivery timelines and service details may change without prior notice.
Website content is provided for general information and should not be treated as a final technical specification, laboratory report, regulatory approval, legal opinion or compliance certificate.
Quotations and Order Confirmation
All quotations are prepared according to the information provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for sharing correct details about their plant capacity, product category, location, available laboratory space, electrical requirements, testing scope and existing equipment.
A quotation remains valid only for the period mentioned in the document. Prices and availability may change after the validity period due to changes in taxes, transportation, supplier pricing, equipment availability or project requirements.
An order is considered confirmed only after:
- The customer accepts the quotation or proforma invoice
- The required advance or full payment is received
- Equipment specifications and quantities are approved
- Any required project details are provided
Verbal discussions, messages or preliminary estimates do not constitute a confirmed order unless acknowledged by our authorised team.
Product Specifications
Customers must carefully review product names, models, quantities, technical specifications, voltage requirements, accessories and warranty terms before confirming an order.
Product images shown on the website, quotation, catalogue or communication material are for representation purposes. The actual product may have minor differences in colour, design, packaging or appearance without affecting its intended function.
Equivalent products or updated models may be suggested when a quoted model becomes unavailable. Any material substitution will be discussed with the customer before supply.
Pricing and Taxes
Product and service prices are based on the specifications and scope mentioned in the confirmed quotation. Applicable taxes, transportation, insurance, installation, calibration, commissioning and other charges will be stated separately wherever applicable.
Additional work, equipment, modifications or services requested after order confirmation may result in additional charges.
Payment Terms
Payments must be made through the methods and schedule stated in the quotation, proforma invoice or order confirmation. Depending on the project, an advance payment, milestone-based payment or full payment may be required before procurement, manufacturing, dispatch, installation or commissioning.
The customer must make payment only to the account or payment details officially provided by Mineral Water Plant Laboratory. We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorised persons or unverified accounts.
Delayed payments may result in delayed procurement, dispatch, installation or project completion. Ownership of supplied goods may remain with us until all outstanding payments relating to the order have been received.
Delivery and Dispatch
Delivery timelines are estimates based on product availability, manufacturing time, payment completion, transport conditions and project location. Delays caused by suppliers, transport providers, weather, government restrictions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control will not be treated as a deliberate service failure.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, contact number, tax information and any location-specific delivery instructions.
Risk relating to the goods may transfer to the customer after delivery or after handover to the transport provider, depending on the agreed delivery terms.
Inspection After Delivery
Customers should inspect all packages immediately after receiving them. Visible damage, missing items, incorrect products or packaging concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
The complaint should include the invoice number, product details, clear photographs, an unpacking video and transport documentation. Claims submitted after the reporting period or without supporting evidence may not be accepted.
Installation and Site Readiness
Where installation or setup support is included, the customer must ensure that the site is ready before the scheduled visit. Site readiness may include suitable laboratory space, worktables, electrical points, water supply, drainage, ventilation, internet access and other required utilities.
Additional visits, delays or work caused by incomplete site readiness, incorrect utilities or customer-requested changes may be chargeable.
Laboratory instruments must be installed, handled and operated according to the manufacturer’s instructions and applicable safety practices.
